The National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) has announced plans to construct three educational complexes in Riyadh city. The company has signed contracts to establish the complexes in the Narjis, Hittin, and Cordoba districts, at an estimated cost of SR 162 million.
The educational complexes will have a total surface area of 15.3 thousand square meters for Narjis complex, 20 thousand square meters for Hittin complex, and 20.2 thousand square meters for Cordoba complex. The estimated cost of the complexes includes construction works, air conditioning, elevators, theatre, furnishing, technical equipment and other equipment in each educational complex. The facilities are expected to be operational at the beginning of the 2024/2025 academic year.
This move is part of NCLE’s strategy to expand its educational services in Riyadh and grow its student base. The company aims to continue providing optimal education services by expanding its base, and the three educational complexes project is part of a larger expansion plan. This plan consists of five future expansion projects, including two educational buildings rented in Al-Arid and Al-Qirawan districts, north of Riyadh, which will be operated in the next academic year or 2023/2024
