Our story

From 1958 to the present

1958

The first school was established under the name «Saudi Kindergarten for Children» and was registered by the Ministry of Education under Re. No. 15494 dated 07.14.1378 AH

1959

The name of the school was changed and became the «Tarbya Namouthajyah School».

1980

The first educational complex was established in Al-Rayyan district in Riyadh city.

1986

A license was issued under the name of Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Khudair to open «Tarbya Namouthajyah Schools» issued by the General secretary for Female Education.

1991

A branch of «Tarbya Namouthajyah Schools» was established with commercial registration number (001-101000617) on 07.09.1412 AH

1992

The first commercial register of the company was obtained for Al Rayyan Educational Complex.

2002

The company was converted into a closed stock company, retaining the name «Tarbya Namouthajyah Schools» with a capital of SR 120,780,000, and its assets were registered to the founding shareholders.

2004

The company name was changed from «Tarbya Namouthajyah Schools» to «National Company for Education & Learning» by a partner resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting.

2006

The company’s capital increased from SR 122.78 million to SR 200 million through capitalizing retained earnings and injecting cash.

2007

The Company had successfully obtained the Commercial Registration No. (2) for the Company and for Al Rawabi Educational complex.

2009

The second educational complex was established in Al-Rawabi district in Riyadh city.

2010

The Company had successfully obtained the Commercial Registration No. (3) for the Company and for Al Nozha Educational Complex.

2013

The third educational complex was established in Al-Nozha district in Riyadh city.

2016

The Company’s capital has been increased from 200 million Saudi Riyals to 300 million Saudi Riyals by capitalizing retained earnings and statutory reserve.

2017

The company obtained Commercial Registration No. (4) and opened the fourth educational complex in the Cordoba district of Riyadh.

2018

The Company was listed on the Saudi Stock Market

2019

The fifth educational School was established in Buraidah in Qassim city.

2020

The company acquired Al-Khawarizmi Educational Schools and Al-Ghad Educational Company, and the sixth educational complex for Al-Tarbiyah Al-Namuthajiyah Schools was established and opened in the Al-Qairawan district of Riyadh

2021

The seventh educational complex for Al-Tarbiyah Al-Namuthajiyah Schools was established and opened in the Al-Arid district of Riyadh. The Model Education International Academy was also opened in the Al-Rayan and Al-Nuzha districts of Riyadh

2022

Al-Tarbiyah Al-Namuthajiyah International Schools were established and opened in the Eastern Province, in AlDhahran City

2023

Acquisition of Al-Salam Private Schools in Al-Khobar.

The second branch of Al-Ghad Private Schools has been opened in Al-Qairawan District.

The second branch of Tarbiyah Namouthajiyah International Schools has been opened in Al-Aarid

2024

Opening of Al-Tarbiyah Al-Namouthajiyah International Schools in the Qurtubah district

Opening of the National School in the Hittin district

Opening of Model Education International Academy in Al-Qairawan District.
