The National Company for Learning & Education disclosed the Board of Directors’ proposal to distribute cash dividends of SR 70.9 million, constituting 16.5% of the share’s nominal value, for the fiscal year concluding on August 31, 2023.

The company explained that the cash distribution will be as follows:

– Shareholders who own shares on the date of the extraordinary general assembly that will be held to approve the recommendation of the Board of Directors.
– Eligibility for dividends is for shareholders registered in the company’s shareholder registry with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the date of the General Assembly.
– The distribution date will be announced after the General Assembly.

The company confirmed that this distribution comes within the framework of its commitment to providing positive returns to its shareholders.
