General Assembly of “National Education” approves the distribution of cash dividends of 12% for the year ending on August 31, 2022

The Ordinary General Assembly of the National Company for Learning and Education approved, during its meeting yesterday, Wednesday, to distribute cash dividends to shareholders at a rate of 12% of the capital (equivalent to 1.2 riyals per share), as profits for the fiscal year ending on August 31, 2022, as the following table shows:

The assembly also agreed to authorize the Board of Directors to distribute interim profits on a semi/quarterly basis for the fiscal year ending on August 31, 2023.
