About the Company history

The National Company for Education and learning is considered an extension of the Tarbiyah Namouthajiyah Schools, which began its work nearly 60 years ago and has evolved into four integrated educational complexes for all levels of education for both genders, providing international education and sports clubs. Five other compounds are under construction, which makes the company one of the most important landmarks in the private education landscape, and what makes it stand out is its uncanny ability in facing the challenges and variables of the twenty-first century.

1958

Tarbiyah Namouthajiyah schools were established as an individual educational institution. Thanks to God and then with the confidence of the parents, the schools developed to include all school grades for both genders.

2007

Al-Hadara Private schools were acquired, and the name was changed to be the second branch of Tarbiyah Namouthajiyah schools, and then transferred to new and modern buildings which has the capacity to accommodate 5000 students from all school grades.

2013

The third branch of Tarbiyah Namouthajiyah schools was opened in Al-Nozha district, in the north of Riyadh with buildings on an area of 30.000 square meters and a capacity of 5000 students.

2017

A new complex was opened and became fully operational at the beginning of the academic year of 2017 with a capacity of 1,200 students.

2018

Complementing the company’s vision and mission in providing an outstanding quality of education and its strategic expansion plans, the company was listed on the Saudi stock market.

2019

The fifth branch of Tarbiyah Namouthajiyah schools was opened in Rehab district, in Buraidah – Al Qassim.

2020

Acquisition of Al-Khwarizmi Educational Company and Al-Ghad Educational Schools.
